Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know:

Before You Delete

  • Complete all active tasks
  • Withdraw available balance
  • Download your data if needed
  • Cancel any subscriptions

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information
  • Task history
  • Messages
  • Payment methods
  • Reviews you've written

What We Keep

For legal/tax purposes:

  • Transaction records
  • Tax documents
  • Legal communications

How to Delete

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your password
  4. Select reason (optional)
  5. Confirm deletion

Recovery

You have 30 days to reactivate. After that, deletion is permanent.

Alternative

Consider deactivating instead to take a break while keeping your data.
