Yes, we recommend maintaining your own homeowner's or renter's insurance. Our coverage is supplementary and specifically covers work-related incidents through our platform.

What's not covered?

Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, work done outside our platform, and issues reported after 24 hours are not covered. Additionally, consequential damages and loss of use are excluded.

How much does insurance coverage cost?

There's no additional cost for our basic protection. It's included automatically with every booking made through Onelacks. Professionals maintain their own liability insurance as well.

Yes, you can request proof of insurance from any professional before hiring them. All verified professionals have their insurance documentation on file with us.
