  • Task cancelled 24+ hours in advance
  • Onelack no-show (without notice)
  • Service not as described
  • Work not completed

Partial Refunds

May apply for:

  • Partially completed work
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours)
  • Minor quality issues

How to Request

  1. Contact onelack first to resolve
  2. If unresolved, contact support within 24 hours
  3. Provide photos and details
  4. We'll investigate within 48 hours
  5. Refund processed in 5-7 business days
